These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between jompay99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the services available at https://jompay99.cam ("the Website").

By creating an account on jompay99 or by continuing to use any part of the Website, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by its provisions. • "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the default operating currency of jompay99.
• "Services" means all online casino games, live dealer products, sports betting markets, and ancillary features available on the Website.
• "Prohibited Player" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is self-excluded, or falls within any other restricted category defined in this Agreement.

To register and maintain an active Account on jompay99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jompay99 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will suspend any Account found to belong to an underage individual, returning any deposits in full.
• You must be acting as an individual and for personal entertainment purposes only — corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not hold Accounts.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether self-imposed through jompay99 or through any third-party responsible gambling programme.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling services under the laws applicable in your country or territory of residence.
• You must not hold more than one Account on jompay99. Individuals found to hold multiple Accounts will have all duplicate Accounts permanently closed and any associated balances voided.
• You must not be listed on any governmental or regulatory exclusion list, anti-money laundering watchlist, or financially sanctioned persons register applicable under the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

When registering an Account on jompay99, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not impersonate another individual or provide false details at any stage of registration or verification.

4.1 Registration Requirements

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• Valid date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• A valid email address that you own and control.
• A contact mobile number for two-factor authentication and account communications.
• Country of residence. Players in Malaysia must indicate Malaysia as their country of residence.

4.2 KYC Documentation

jompay99 may at any time request the following documents to verify your identity, address, and payment method. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership for the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement showing the registered account name).

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

jompay99 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options including USDT and BTC. The list of available methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is RM30 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jompay99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits that cannot be verified against your KYC documentation may be held pending review.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified Accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative: e-wallet withdrawals typically complete within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire within 60 minutes.
• jompay99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above standard thresholds.
• Bonus funds must satisfy their respective wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

jompay99 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

• Each promotion is available to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements for standard bonuses range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount. The exact requirement applicable to each bonus is displayed at the point of claiming.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

jompay99 offers sports betting across a wide range of markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, the NBA, UFC, and other international fixtures. The following general betting rules apply to all markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation except where a specific cash-out feature is available and exercised.
• jompay99 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect or erroneous odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's Account.
• Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be void and stakes returned unless settlement rules specific to the market state otherwise.
• jompay99 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or player Account at its sole discretion.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and changes to available odds at any time during the event in progress.

For casino games, the rules of each individual game as determined by the game provider shall apply. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the outcome of that round will be void and the stake returned. jompay99 is not responsible for interrupted game sessions caused by a player's internet connection or device failure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jompay99. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one Account on jompay99, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform's games or betting markets in any manner.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors in a deliberate or systematic manner.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting specifically structured to exploit promotional terms or guaranteed risk-free outcomes from bonus funds.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account credentials to any other person.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the Website's content without prior written consent from jompay99.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from the Platform's software.

Without limiting the foregoing, jompay99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• jompay99 does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• jompay99 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain Account security or from unauthorised Account access caused by player negligence.
• jompay99 is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from winnings in a player's jurisdiction of residence.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude jompay99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

jompay99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Website or by direct communication to the email address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Website following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

12.2 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jompay99 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
